I almost feel sorry for this contractor. They are trying to work inside a postage stamp - having to re-stage the materials constantly and tip-toeing around to ensure they don't damage any of the already completed forms.

I have also heard this. The west tower is now going to be sold as condominiums. The east tower will remain rentals. West tower is currently scheduled for showings, sales and occupation in October/November.
