I feel like the whole riverwalk is lacking food and cafe options. The sidewalk citizen bakery and Phil&Sebastian close way too early, and both are quite pricy. Would be cool to have a coffee shop with stays open late and some cheap food options. Maybe a burger place.

It's crazy so many projects are popping up when the rental market is quite dire and oversupply will make it even worse. The developers must have great confidence in the long term outlook of Calgary

I think it would be interesting to have a study estimating the cost of to society (including social costs) of one homeless drug addict roaming around in the city. Building dedicated facilities will probably not seem that expensive in comparison.

It's also completely isolated from the rest of the "neighborhood". Crossing 4th and 5th Ave is a horrible experience, you have to wait 10 minutes for the light to go green for pedestrians, if you remembered you to push the button.
