My office overlooks the site. I didn’t grab any photos today, but there were a lot of workers on site today. The most I’ve seen on site in the 3 months I’ve been in my current office.

I’m all-in for this development, but I really hate that it means that the sidewalks around the site probably won’t be useable until 2027/28. I’ve lived in Marda Loop for 6+ years and I’m starting to tire of the construction.

at the risk of sounding like a NIMBY, this building is actually part of what gives Inglewood its character and charm. It’s part of why people want to visit and live there. The loss of this building would be pretty significant.

It would be great if they incorporated some more local chains into the area. I'm guessing that the food hall will be where this occurs (if it occurs at all) more than the traditional concessions.

I'd really like to see some local I can't think of any dressings rooms in the league that are horseshoe shaped. I feel like most are more rectangular, circular, or oval in shape, and symmetrical lengthwise and widthwise.

It would definitely be great if a future owner changed the design from the latest BMO iteration. Alternate scenario, Co-op buys the property and the remainder of this block which becomes part of a longer-term phase 2 development.
