A few contractors now on site installing Sea Cannisters. Looks like they will begin shoring the faulty columns. Word has it end of March 2023 before we see full construction commencing.

Spoke with a contractor who worked on the site. Indicated there not sure why the site is currently shut down with no activity. They have heard there maybe concrete issues? Let's hope they get whatever resolved so we can see this through completion.

No activity today. I suspect there may have been an industrial accident on site? If thats the case, typically construction sites can be suspended until investigation is completed.

Both Buildings have extensive available leasing signage. Word has it the Bakery in East Village towers is moving over to Dominion? Also a Brewhouse opening in one of the spaces?
