Air Canada is down to serving only 32 airports in Canada now, not 100% YYC related but Calgary based Westjet has yet to completely cut service to any domestic airport. For the first time they are the biggest airline in Canada.... granted I'm sure Onex is less than happy about the circumstances...

Airport will be down to just B and C concourses in the coming days. A 21-24 and C/D 70-73 will be used as overflow. A lot of parked aircraft in the rest of the gates too.

One big positive about this tower for me is it's really helping to fill in the skyline east of the bow

Not the best photos but I could see it going from the airport and got them with my cell. Only snapped the blue but the red and green really stood out.

I'm really liking the tower, I think once theres glass on the balconies it'll look even better. As much as the podium sucks along 9th Ave we cant really tell how the western edge along 11th St will turn out yet. I'd be happy if it could bring some life in that direction towards shaw millennium park.

The second tower is supposed to be 8 stories taller... so maybe someday?

I hope, not pretty. Renderings show it the same colour as the building so fingers crossed.
