My question would be what is the point of the LAP process that Farkas and a bunch of these Councillors seem to favour in lieu of blanket rezoning if they are still going to vote down a proposal that conforms with a recently approved LAP?

Is there a future phase planned where they will be altered?

Has there been any word on when the 6th Street underpass will begin construction? I would assume they would want that complete prior to the arena opening and it seems to me they are running out of time for that to be the case. I haven't seen any engagement or plans for it yet either
