I'll trust the engineering on this, but you don't usually see balconies extend out that far. Overall, looks good so far.

The balconies will definitely help (looking at the bottom third is an improvement on the last photo compared to the top) but they definitely leaned into the grey on this second tower. Feels a bit bland.

Is there any movement on the podium commercial space being leased out? The street level/podium looks so much worse with an entire block of empty CRUs.

Agreed. With a number of towers being built alongside the rail line downtown, I think we're clearly seeing that there is now a market for these locations if there are sufficient amenities and benefits within close proximity. This property clearly fits that description - the river location and...

Like the look but it's a shame they aren't pushing the parking to the back of the property. Edit: Didn't catch this is a renovation on the first view and not a new build.

Looking pretty good so far but I wish they had extended the light brick to wrap around the building in that last photo. Bit too many materials being tried out in that section.

There's going to be a nice cluster of buildings in that direction in about a year's time.
