As far as I know, 4 Spot is doing ok and not in danger of closing. There is also new interest in someone taking over Hudson's space in Crowfoot. Should be decided by late next week.

You might not be as happy with the end result. There have been a lot of bickering back and fourth between the development partners and corners are being cut in those suits.

Well...let's see if that happens. The building still doesn't have its occupancy yet. This building is so far behind schedule.

Ya...having all sorts of issues with the building envelope on the top two floors. They also had to do some re-engineering because on one of the floors. (Can't remember which one) the ceiling height was too low.

Sadly.......apparently there are more delays. Not sure when the building will be done but Telus is pushing back their move in date and grand opening......again!! Even the rental/leasing suites aren't ready yet. Was looking into leasing a furnished one for a couple months in Spring.

The entire building isn't supposed to be ready till February now. Portions will are open. Telus was supposed to originally be in for July 22nd....then mid September....then end of October.....and that will probably be pushed back too.

Yes....starting the installs for the furniture for Telus as we speak. Starting on floor 10 (executive floor) and working their way down. They still have yet to order 4 and 5 so, that might end up being late December or January. Every time we set dates, they keep pushing them back.

Its an executive meeting/conference floor.

Telus is shooting for an occupancy of July 22. Apparently that is 6 months behind schedule.

I have a feeling that this building won't disappoint in its execution because it couldn't possibly be uglier in person than what the render represents. No expectations means expectations met.

For shear size I like Toronto. I am biased with Calgary and I agree with many posters in that it has so many photogenic angles. I have never been a fan of the Montreal skyline. I think it is boring. Now from the street view it transforms and it one of my favourite Canadian cities to walk...

I'm not really a fan of Montreal's skyline. I absolutely love it from the street level but the skyline does nothing for me. In terms of comparing Calgary to an American city, I like to compare Charlotte. It is a similar size city (proper) in terms of population. I also split my time each month...

My understanding is that they were always going to be rentals except the two two floors which were for executive use. I'll ask the question in my next meeting with them.
