When I first moved to Calgary back in 2005, this building was where I worked out of for the first 16 months. Didn't even have an office, just a desk at the end of a hallway, between two other offices.

The architecture is not as nice as this first one, but it is a modular build using ATCO trailers, so it should go up very quickly I think:
A bit more information on this. ATCO had a land use redesignation at CPC yesterday for a site up in Arbour Lake (leftover utility lot I think). The plan is to allow for a module townhome project to get built there, and there is a concurrent DP.

Isn't this part of the future Greenline path? So, is this park assumed to be temporary? Or, are we just completley giving up on the Greenline ever extending this far south? Or, do I have the parcel / location wrong?
I think they are both a consultant and developer. They offer development management / planning consulting services to clients (they are for instance the lead contact for Canmore's 3 Sisters Village). They were not the owner, but rather the consultant, for the Kensington one you mentioned...

Only the land use has been submitted. We don't even have a DP yet. Probably at least a year, if not a bit more, before any real action can start (assuming Council passes the land use).
