It looks like construction is starting on a parcel on the south side of 20th Ave. just E. of Centre Street. Does anyone know what’s going there?

I apologize, this site does not appear to be under construction. I went by again today and I didn’t see any driller. I’m now wondering if the one I saw was a soil testing drill rig? Because of the construction fence, I couldn’t see anything except the top half.

I’m mostly happy with the way this has turned out. It looks good in person at the street level.
