I'll note that the image provided by CalgaryTiger for the Shepard Station is a bit outdated as the new PBS building is not shown as we have been advised. I'm reserving details at the moment because I am not sure how much information is public yet.

Coming off the bench here to no longer be a lurker. I work in the area of Shepard Station. You can probably guess where from the info below.
The current work being done is adding roads and other infrastructure. PBS has plans for a second building with construction likely starting next year.
