Not a new hotel or design that we haven't seen before. This is for the conversion of the Canadian Centre at 833 - 4th ave SW into a 226 room hotel. Seeing as the conversion is underway, we might as well get a thread going.

Starting a thread for this as it may also be under construction. According to Alberta Projects, a BP has been issued.

26 floors, with 264 units. I don't know if anyone has been around this building lately, but this may already be underway, as according to Alberta Projects, a BP was issued in April.

This looks like an infill project, but because it's over 25 units I've created a thread for it. The timing for the thread is because it looks to be starting construction.

Another development just off of Edmonton Trail appears to have started construction DMAP. and looks to be fairly substantial, with 5 buildings totaling 50 units. There's a pic of the proposal on the city's advertising sign, I'll try and snag next time I'm there.

I've started a thread for this project has recently been brought up in discussion. The name of the project may change as things progress, and same for the developer. If anyone knows if the developer is someone other than Eagle Crest let me know.
