Amazing that the only building in that first shot a few years ago was city hall.

It's just the angle, the pod on the right is still in the air and forward of the other 3, you can see it in one of the other pictures

I have issues with the "Cyclists dismount" sections. First of all they have Princess Island bridge as section which it currently isn't so why would this detour change that? Reality is cyclists are not going to dismount, the city needs to figure out a way to better manage these detours

From Shaganappi GC, it's really noticeable how this building is filling in the gap b/w downtown and the beltline

Construction has started on pathway underpass for Baines Bridge (the zoo connector off Memorial). Excited for this one as that was a pain having to go across the road there. Hoping they repave that entire stretch through the zoo as part of this as it has some of the worst tree root speed bumps

Can't remember the name of it in, but demolition is ongoing right now along Memorial Dr in Kensington for that new condo there

Given the current rental market and the number of new rental condos finished in the past couple years I wonder if this is a trend we'll see more of on older buildings trying to increase their appeal

Some sections of the new vertical covering at the top has the wrap off. Looks like it's at least not green...

Think this would have been great to have a green roof, especially when looking at the area available and site lines from surrounding buildings. I looked at the renderings on page 1 and doesn't look like it. Missed opportunity in my mind

Agree with the above sentiment on the colour. I think the colour and placement of the brick is nice, could even live with the panels being only shades of grey and white. So we just need a late night anti colour graffiti session to paint in the coloured panels

On the reclad topic, noticed scaffolding up along the entire exterior of Westview Heights. Think it's been up for sometime but any idea what the plan is there ? I hope they don't change the green because it's so popular, particularly among forumers on here

Had to do a little streetview confirmation but it was the green wall next to it that I triggered my memory
