What material is the charcoal part of the building? Could have used a bit more detailing on that side as it’s pretty monotonous if it’s a cheap material like stucco or hardie panels.

Those stairwells will make perfect seating for the area's wandering residents... Something desperately needs to fill that Detroit style wasteland. I will take it at this point. Hopefully they colour match the easy trim on what I assume will be another Hardie panel exterior.
