This seems stalled out. Nothing happening in the past two to three months now. Either they can't get their modular items or they have no money. Some rumors floating out there for sure.

Ahh that makes sense. I thought maybe they were running into liquidity problems, so we're moving as slow as possible while also keeping their construction permits alive lol. I live in Mission and I'm genuinely curious if Elva - which started in Feb 2021 - is going to be completed before this.

The pace of this construction is very slow. Broke ground in September 2019 I believe. It's been 19 months lol

Any one know who this is being developed for? BCIMC, Bentall, sunlife, Oxford?
