I dont understand what they are doing with that corner. The bike lane goes up a ramp, over a depression for pedestrians to get to asphalt level and over a curb wall to run into another curb wall, if you ride in a straight line. Someone needs to explain how this is better than the temporary bike...

All good, but go look at the concrete work at the corner of this development, it doesnt work with the bike lane and mustve been a mistake. Will grab a pic, if someone else who is closer cant get one first. Youll immediately see what I mean

The hardie panel and easy trim section that is white turned out a lot better than most. If they use brise soleils and an exterior window jamb extension I think it would really improve that portion. But it’s pretty good as is considering the materials
