Urban Development and Proposals Discussion
What has Arlington done in the past that is giving the low optimism for their development of the 17th buildings they purchased? I'm not a huge fan of this Fifth Street design, but its not too bad. Have they cut corners in the past? -

Great shot! Was driving down 10th for the first time in a while yesterday - man has these three towers changed the landscape there. Awesome to see the gap between DT and Beltline being filled along the tracks. -

I agree - the bottom portion and the street integration can use an upgrade, however I don't mind the tower itself. What downtown hotel is truly in dire need of a complete building reclad is the Hyatt down the street. One of the worst eyesores for its location in the city IMO. The scope of that... -
