Are there any plans / info on what will be done with the buildings directly to the east of the Hat? This is the worst exposure of this one, you can only hope that something quality can partially block the lower section of it from that angle so the top more or less blends in to filler once EV...

She's a beut! What a win for EV. I hope the large colorful pixel signage facing the north at the top remains unchanged from the renderings - Excellent needed splash of color for the area.

My god. Please no. The materials look terrible in the render, can only imagine how bad the end product would be in reality. West DT has too many facepalms already, we don't need another one.

Was strolling through EV today...man the excessive spandrel and dark glass really does not bode well thus far.

Brutal. Just like the Uber spandrel disappointment Nueras crown turned out to be compared to the renders.
