Was pessimistic at first, but very pleased with how this is turning out. Its crazy how simply protruding the colored squares makes such a difference to give it that textured quality, so glad Strategic didn't cut corners from the rendering and make it flat spandrel ? .

How can a developer / designer not see how bad of an idea that is? On top of the mixed bag of faux wood paneling, those horrid spandrel sections on the north corners. What a missed opportunity for such a prominent location.

C'mon construction gods.... Please guide Cidex to make these bareable. The one component that I'm really worried about is the crown. I remember how excited I was for the nice big transparent glass crowns on the Nuera renderings. I could see the same solid spandrel reality in the cards for these.

God I wish this site would get sold to a developer who would put some effort into a decent design.
