I cringe every time I see one of his articles. Sure, lots of people like single family homes in the burbs. We don't need an article to explain that. What we needs is people with fresh perspective on how to grow the inner city, and make it more attainable for those who prefer the inner city.

Spandrel is fine for the most part, and with the exception of EV I don't know that Cidex has even used more spandrel than builds by other developers.

Sidewalk is still normal as far as I can tell.

I never realized how close the tower is to the lrt tracks. It’s a shame the CP tracks are on the other side, it would be nice to see development on both side of the lrt tracks.

I don't like it either, but subsidizing retail, or festivals is no different. It's still subsidizing something that competes with non-subsidized entities. If it was up to me I would target retail as the biggest issue that needs fixing. IMO the lack of retail on the street and retail after hours...
