    Crane Count

I heard that a crane is being installed at Nest. Also heard that shoring is complete on 4th tower at deVille Quarry Park with excavation starting right away. Target is to have crane up by February

    US Politics

Sure it is. Trump is transactional. He will want something like an end to supply managment and 2% defence spending and the Canadian government will give it to him.

    US Politics

Trump's victory might unexpectedly be an opportunity for Canada. Trump will renegotiate trade agreements again and probably force Canada to give on at least some of supply management and protection of telecom, media commercial air travel and financial services.

Most data centers run constantly at fairly close to their max consumption. Their whole value proposition is built on pooling loads from different customers to maximize asset utilization.

    Statscan numbers

Growth will slow dramatically. The big unknown is what happens to intra provincial migration. I can't see housing affordability improving in ON or BC. A change in the federal government can only be more positive for AB relative to other provinces. Maybe internal migration to AB will hold up.

East Village: Success or a long ways away yet?

Why is that? Does the Mustard Seed have better services, attract a different demographic, have different rules?

Yet the Mustard Seed and Salvation Army shelters don't seem to create anywhere hear the social disorder as does the DIC
