I agree. The west edge of the parcel is really close to the train station, it’d be a waste not to have more density there.

Or a trade off: these two towers and instead of a high rise where the Hat on 14th is, 4 X 6 floor buildings in the general area.

It’s not Alberta or Canada related, but still an interesting topic for discussion.

It's nice to see double digit floor buildings going up in Mission/Kensington and Bridgeland. The neighborhoods are moving upward so to speak. I* don';t want to see high rises in these neighborhoods, but a bit of extra height here and there is a good thing imo.

No harm in critiquing buildings and architecture. TBH, I don't hate the building, but I see how others wouldn't like it. If there is enough criticism out there, it might push developers to do better work.
