I had heard through the grapevine there was a proposal coming that would quote “make it by far the tallest residential tower in the city” I’m thinking it’s probably the same one. Unfortunately , I don’t have anything other than that.

This is a great addition to 5th street. It would be great if the proposal kitty corner to this also gets built.
