Unfortunately, this McDonald’s will probably fail. I expect it’ll quickly become a drop in center unless it is setup as takeout only. I can see the drive-through business doing quite well with people heading home from work. If there’s any seating at all inside, it’s not going to work

Agreed. If they were data centers with no connection to the grid I couldn’t care less what they do, but projects that draw that much power could have an effect on the grid.
