The Podium at Aiss'ka'pooma: Saw some tenants enjoying the evening on their balconies at the first completed building (pic #4) at the southwest corner of the site. First floor walls going up on new buildings at east side of the site. Medicine Hill Block H apartments:

Pedestrian bridge: The bridge truss has been positioned over 16th Ave. Residential tower + medical office: A basketball half court has been installed.

Most of the parking lot remains unpaved, though they have sodded and planted trees around the perimeter. Perhaps this is a sign that phase 2 is happening soon. Residential tower: Tenants are starting to move in (you can see grills and patio furniture on the balconies). Medical office...

The back/south tower is now complete and tenants are moving in. Construction of what looks like new townhouses beside Wellings and land is being prepped behind it:
