This is flying up, it's really going to change the views for sure. Are there any more East Village updates in general? I feel like projects have really slowed there. I guess I'm just getting impatient for the inner parking lots to get filled in.

Are those entrance overhangs staying the way they are or will there be any more features added to them? (signage added, lighting, painting, etc)

That was a total shame since that was such a great fit for the space, in my opinion anyway. Since then, it looks like they've ripped out all the kitchen equipment and everything which makes no sense to me given the cost of outfitting a space for a restaurant.

    Urban Development and Proposals Discussion

Just saw this proposed building for a luxury condo tower posted on the McKinley page. Looks like the location is where the bounce basketball courts are in EV. (sorry for the grainy shot, it's a screenshot from IG).

went passed the building yesterday and they're putting some fugly, sandstone-ish treatment around the retail bays. I meant to take a photo but I was in a hurry. Maybe when it's complete it might look ok but doesn't look too promising tbh.

It's funny how there's been a few buildings like this that have been developed in inglewood seemingly with no opposition (https://goo.gl/maps/fRfsoEAqkVNUCoR76, https://goo.gl/maps/Cr1cDfN8WihnhpLX9, and now this new beauty). However, the the likes of the rndsqr proposal and other progressive...

If only they made that red part brick, this would have been a half decent building but low and behold, Torode could not help himself. *forehead slap* Although, I will say, this building is by far better than the one across the street that they built.

That would be disappointing since Little Caesars Arena is totally fugly. I was hoping, and still am, that populous would be the winner of the bid.
