Interesting, I'm wondering if separate tiles, or pre-fab panels? I would assume pre-fab panels but I guess we'll see. Either way, it looks good.

I still prefer the original design, but this new design is solid. Especially given the black portion appears to be brick which ends my fear of cheap black paneling oil canning after 6 months.

This is my experience too. I've always liked the places I've visited, but the more places I visit, the more I like where I am. Not that the other places don't their virtues, but the more places I visit, the more I pay attention to the pros and cons.

I would really like to see rail to Banff. Edmonton would be nice too, but Banff really needs it, and the traffic to Banff and through Banff, is only going to keep increasing.

I'm not thrilled with the Sentinel design, but I've been very happy with the additional of Fifth and Enzo. Both have added good retail and street frontage, and managed to add residents at the same time. Time will tell with Francesco's, but already it looks like a win, losing a parking lot...

It would have been a nice density boost with some retail, but on the flip side we get to keep the funky little building.

I've also added a height for the project, but it's only an estimate. The height is added so the building shows on the proper sub forum in the main skyrise site. A few renderings. I guess we'll see how the design looks once the DP is submitted.
