I haven't been able to find it anywhere, but the original plans had some sort of pedestrian bridge going basically right where the original Lafarge bridge used to be.
Interesting, they must be having some good uptake so far. Construction seems to be decently underway at the NW corner on that large warehouse/bay building now as well. Lots of heavy equipment on site.
If this ever does go ahead, I'm hopeful they preserve some of the character of the stephen ave side.... However, the 7 ave side can go straight to the dump as far as I'm concerned. Worst block in the entire city IMO.
Dug around a bit and found this, bit more clarity on timelines perhaps. I was surprised that they're considering resurrecting that long abandoned building off 24th in 2023. It also highlights that fourth parcel by Deville as a future hotel, so you could be onto something there.

Fourth tower would be interesting, I have always assumed that plot was going to be for visitor parking for the three buildings.

Crane at Deville (Quarry Park) is coming down soon I think.. portable crane is up
Edit: Maybe spoke too soon, maybe they were just working on the crane.
Edit 2: Jib is down!

Was going to take some updated pictures tonight but looks like there's a bunch of people living in the first building now! I'll try to snap a shot next time I'm not awkwardly looking at someone on their balcony, lol.

Even Calgary has a few examples of much nicer looking ones.
The UCP funding snafu delayed any real construction out of 2021, but I believe some of the utility relocation work was still supposed to kick off this fall.
You were on the right track, until the new segment opens up on the Bonnybrook side (there's nothing I've been able to find online about completion timelines on this one) you cross the river at Ogden and head through Refinery Park and Beaver Dam Flats. Then you kind of have a choice of either...
