Lol. I’d say this forum is very open minded and embraces new ideas. While this building is indeed “thought provoking”, the thoughts it’s provoking are mostly negative. And what’s with pointing out the Eiffel Tower as a defense. It’s a hunk of junk. In my sole opinion, of course.

I have to agree with higher end rental buildings being in short supply. It seems that as soon as a building decides it’s going to be a rental, the units get downgraded to crappy laminate/carpet, flimsy fixtures. Which is why I rent higher end condo units instead of in dedicated rental...

Nude shut down their sales centre some months ago. Theodore recently re-opened theirs and are offering half year mortgage paid credit. Nude was offering a year no payments before they shut down.

The amenities are what this development has touted from the get go. Micro studios/small units but with substantial amenities to access. Unfortunately, in the new Covid 19 world, most if not all buildings have stopped allowing access to shared amenities.
