Took these pics later on around 11pm, but every time I’m in university district the place is buzzing. They seemingly built this place up overnight, hope to see more neighborhoods throughout the city.

🤔 would be nice to see this and the Eau Claire Market site finally get going. The riverpath network has improved 10x but need more retail/residential in this area.

Big podium redevelopment at Suncor, would like to see more of this in the core.

From last week, forgot to post. Lots of dense nodes forming in the west. Another massive node forming around west springs/aspen/west district.

Some interesting curved glass.

Didn’t fully realize how massive this site is. Would make for an amazing winter market that spills onto Stephen Ave. Could be a catalyst project (similar to 8 street/residential conversions on the west side of the CBD) if the city figures out what to do with Macleod Trail plus more residential...
