A couple new streetscape redevelopments have started.

Getting there now, they have a lot of equipment going all out. Probably the thickest floors in Calgary. The office to residential conversion may have started too.

Quite a bit of infrastructure work and site prep now happening to the areas south of the children’s hospital. As usual, Truman’s leading the charge.

Just got back from Rome yesterday evening, going to be wild seeing some new tallest towers peaking above in the foreground when flying in. Can’t wait to see east side of beltline much more built up.

There’s been new hotel additions basically annually in downtown Calgary and existing hotels haven’t closed. I don’t think Marriott’s opening three more of their top-tier hotels in Calgary’s city center without doing their due diligence. Between the largest convention center in Western Canada...

Public real improvements progressing on the North side of first ave in bridgeland, hope we see more mixed use on the side of the strip. Bridgeland has some of the most potential of any inner city neighborhoods. The shoppers mixed use project has started too.
