On a side note, the City really hit a home run with that Memorial Park refurb. Just beautiful and has really spurred a lot of development.

This turned out to be quite an elegant tower. It is a pleasant surprise considering the tower was really an afterthought for me with respect to this development.

I'm really looking forward to seeing it when it is complete: all finishing touches in place, ugly blue plastic peeled off the windows, art installation installed... I think it is going to be a stunner.

That is a high visibility lot for such a poor quality design.
