Boo, that's like a decade. I think the chances of a new tallest coming to fruition is greatly reduced with that timeframe. We need to beat Shelbyville NOW!

A few years back, in the middle of winter, we conditionally bought a house. By the time of the inspection a couple of weeks later, the snow in the backyard had melted...revealing the 100+ scattered turds the owners just left piling up. It was disgusting, and enough to walk away from the deal.

While I'm in favour of more aggressive enforcement/prevention on the front end, I think more of exactly this is needed for those who want help on the back end. Treatment centers out in the countryside, away from the temptation of the streets, where people can focus on recovery in a positive...

It's good to see 16th start gaining some development momentum, but I'm hoping the material quality is decent on this one to help raise expectations for new projects coming down the line. The new COOP building is such a cheap looking turd...I really hope that's not the expected standard.

The cycling enthusiasts I'm seeing in that "after" shot suggest that the investment is already starting to bear fruit.
