    Stephen Ave can be lively if the weather is nice.. On Friday/Saturday evenings, people fill the patios from about Centre St to 3 St SW. I'm not sure how late into the night that goes, though.

    Offsite self-parking can definitely be weird. But I don't think I've ever had valet parking that wasn't available 24x7 with in/out privileges. The only downsides were cost per day, and having to wait for your car when you want to leave.

    I always assumed EQ filled most of that tower next door on 8 St, but it sounds like they only ever had about 50 people there. Wonder if the EQ logo will be on the new location going forward, or if it will retain its ATCO signage.
