Do the businesses on the east side of 37 St near 17th count? For example, Shimizu Kitchen (I recommend the ramen!). That's 3 buildings and 8 retail bays at the sidewalk right there, although there is parking in the back and a driveway leading to the alley. And then there are 5 more on the west...

I went there right toward the end. The fire department came out due to... gas leaks? CO alarms going off? Now, the Castle Pub, I probably went to 100 times.

No pic, but a nice wide sidewalk is going in at 4 St SW between 50 and 56 Ave SW (where it meets Macleod). Since 2020 or so there's been a temporary barrier with a sidewalk on the asphalt, and people seemed to be using it both as a sidewalk and a bike lane. Hopefully an actual bike lane is built...
