I haven't heard anything about 4th Spot. I was there yesterday, and they were still going.

Part of me hopes they don't put the balcony cladding on. I like the thin profiled look it has going.

They aren't wasting any time on this. The great thing about the podium being done already, is the tower will go up quickly.

If they stuck with all white and another color for accent, this would go from a 4/10 to a 7/10. It has the makings of a solid boutique project, but the colors are dragging it down.

The podium isn't good but the towers are okay. I wish there were more low rise towers west of downtown rather than a few tall towers surrounded by surface lots.
