I'm surprise there hasn't been much talk about building the interchange yet. There's just too much going on in such a tight area that it's not good for anyone; pedestrians, cyclists, train, vehicles.

Definitely on the bandwagon of removing vehicles from 16th Ave at Tomkins Park. Along with the alley in the rear, 16th could have limited early morning access for business just like Stephen Ave.
