There looks to be a mural. I thikn the reason there is no windows is becuse these modules are all the same. Thus, the middle ones match the outside ones. Keeps it simple. And the speed of construction/delivery is quite impressive, the biggest concern is the urban design/architecture of it...

I can see the Banff train's biggest user base being commuters in/out of Banff, who find more afforadble housing in Cochrane. Hopefully it is still reliable, to help facilitate that.
