They are likely referring to the Stampede Station project that has been rumoured/hinted at for about 1.5 years now, located on the big gravel lot at Macleod Trail and 15th Avenue SE.

I heard the Cactus Club is going to West Springs Landing, but I don't have a super strong source on that (my barber). I can see the location being in West District, maybe even Radio Block. Either way, I am sure the restaurant offerings in the neighbourhood will be increasing dramatically.

Still controlled by CMLC I think. There was an RFP back in 2018ish I think for it that Cidex one, but then passed on, then it went to Hines, who also seemed to have passed on it. Maybe this newfound momentum in East Village will mean we will soon see a proposal on it, but nothing so far.
