Interesting that so many inner city people are singing the praises of density, what seem to oppose everything gets developed in their neighbourhood lol. I suppose it’s probably more a case of the people running the community associations rather than the people who live in the neighbourhood.

I’m positive you’re correct. My wife’s cousin from Toronto phoned me last week looking for real estate advice on Calgary. He told me all his buddies are interested in the Calgary real estate market. It wouldn’t surprise me at all if a number of these condo units were out of town buyers.

It’s great to see development happening at the west end. With Nude, The Hat and Sunalta towed the west end will look much different in a couple of years.

If memory serves me, there is an affordable housing proposal for that location.

Look at how wide that bridge is. It's going to be so nice compared to the old narrow one.

I can't wait for it to be into the sky. It's going to be nice to have a highrise west of 14th street.

The crown lighting looks good, the corner lighting on the balconies, even better.

I really like the look of the street level on this one, and the fact the a parking lot will be going away. Let's hope this gets built.

Build a few hundred more of these please. This is a great scale for inner city neighborhoods like Capitol Hill, Kilarney, Renfrew etc..

I've noticed there are still issues with burned out LEDs. I wonder if at some point they will turn them off altogether rather than try and fix them?

A lot of the people from Husky have moved over to Brookfield Place. I've heard the WCP is kind of a ghost town these days.

I think they're getting the demo ball when the Green line goes north.

There has been great progress in the last 20 years. We just have to keep the pedal on the metal.
