So has anyone seen any opinion polling? I haven't seen anything as of yet as far as preferred Mayor goes, and we're less than 2 months out. We get spoiled at Federal election time with multiple polls every day.

I absolutely love that idea from Victoria! I think whatever does happen to the Bay building, it will need to have a variety of uses/tenants, and residential over retail would fit the bill nicely.

I wish I could be excited about this project but all I see it as is a missed opportunity. We lose some cool, smaller character retail buildings and all we get in return is a bland multi building that looks like it belongs in Skyview Ranch. We're not even getting rid of a parking lot FFS.

I'm fine with those, not spectacular but we've certainly seen far worse.
