I can’t wait to see the effect this has on this part of 17th. If we can get a lively 17th all the way to bmo centre it would be cool to see. Maybe another 10-15 years 😅 Though seeing all the developments going up gives me hope.

Honestly it’s a little wild how many units are going up in that 2 block area. Happy this one has CRUs at the bottom.

I think this is a pretty great selection for the CRUs.

I think they might be starting demolition of the eau claire mall? They’ve finished with the townhouses and it looked like this piece of equipment was started on the mall. I also saw city news there.
