Car spotting action is great in Calgary these days. I remember the days when seeing any kind of Porsche was a rare event. Now with all of the dealers in the city we are getting a lot of eye candy. I saw a BMW i8 on the weekend. The third one in less than a month.

The NDP would be the best bet at helping control these homeless/crime issues over the long term, but tough talk and the perception of action will get some quick votes for the UCP - even though it’s going to solve anything long term. I’m happy to see more effort going into transit safety.

It’s a bad year for hockey. Once the Flames are eliminated in the next few days my focus will be routing for Edmonton to lose, but that’s not looking good either. Edmonton’s been the best team in the conference, maybe even the league the last 2 months.
