Truman COO (Tony Trutina) on the CBC Eyeopener right now saying BOTH towers will be taller than our current tallest. Mah gawd... DP's being submitted next week at the City according to him.

Mah wife has calculated the 69 storey tower to be around 207m as well, not accounting for the podium heights and crown. So jiving with you Mountain Man.

Note that the press release says "two of the tallest RESIDENTIAL". Gonna have to wait and see.

There is another infill like this planned by the same company on 2nd avenue in Sunnyside, but one NIMBY adjacent neighbour has managed to delay it for years. Occupies a SFH and barely appears to be in it or active in the community at all.
