Yeah I'm pretty sick of this architectural style, but hey, it's probably cheap. Hopefully this can add some good supply at a good price point onto the market - hopefully some 3-bedroom units. Anyone know what Building C is? Looks like it could be a library or some kind of similar community centre.

I wonder if the City and the developer can get their act together quickly enough to reuse the same team working on the Victoria Park Station Rebuild project. It's been a pretty rough one, repurposing those skills might help make for a quicker turnaround
