    Already feels transformed, it's incredible. There are so many empty lots in this area that needed this treatment yesterday - with the right pedestrian infrastructure I think 16 Ave could really turn around.

    Truman must have at least 2 billion dollars worth of development under construction, or proposed - expected within the next 5 years or so at least. It's almost unimaginable.
