I agree that the fencing has been changed. I went by there about 10 minutes ago and there's lots of stuff inside the fencing like scaffolding and porta potties that were definitely not there a couple days ago.

It amuses me that the local NIMBYs prefer this derelict mess than the actual development.

Honestly I think the color is because someone likes things matchy-matchy given the color of the surrounding FMC buildings. Pic from the 10th floor of main.

Now if only the site in the background there would get going....

What blows my mind is that there are 1000s of workers/visitors at the FMC complex (outside of COVID anyway) and the development directly north of FMC is still sitting there doing nothing. Like what's the problem?

I live fairly close to this building and I'm paying half of 2250 for 1200sf in a newish build (2016). Seems overpriced for sure.

Someone told me today that cidex is going to be building in the huge lot north of the humptys on MacLeod trail. He said it's going to be massive. In the early stages right now. Grain of salt he used to work for cidex but no longer does.

Is this project happening?

I noticed yesterday that the fencing along MacLeod trail just passed Repsol has huge anthem banners up - were those always there? Have I just not went by there in a long time?

It would also be great if the 8th street redevelopment goes ahead. Master plan is getting so old it probably needs updating.
