Absolutely love it - the brick pattern is unique and pursuing a light pallet is ambitious. There's enough ACM panel + old world brick in EV. Great to see something fresh and different. Good scale and articulation on the facade too. That huge corner cantilever will be tricky in real life...

The thing I don't understand is that spandrel actually costs more than vision glass - so it's not an economic decision. Having kitchens placed on the outside wall forces a U-style which is the least desirable style. Everything they do is intentional, just not sure what the rationale is -...

Not necessarily - prefab wood walls are very commonplace in mid-rises these days. But since this is 10 floors there would be no reason to switch to wood above. I will also say that this appears to be a very well run jobsite - super organized and clean! Biggest indicator of potential outcome
