Ideally that whole area will see such intense redevelopment that it doesn't really matter. This is just one of dozens of new buildings. It's not exactly a showpiece

Unfortunate that all the mid rise stuff in seton is surrounded by mega-wide roads and parking lots. Ostensibly it was supposed to be a sort of “downtown” but it could not be further from that
