It could be possible to have a flooded natural ice rink set up on the pavement, it'd be better than the Lot 6 rink which is just set up on dirt and is nowhere near flat

If there's no rink they've lost the plot. It was one of if not the biggest request in the engagement.

There's a reason Anderson was the first and last combo garage, and there are few (zero) sites massive enough that also happen to be along ctrain lines to host a bus garage in addition to an LRT MSF. The Shepard site is nearly 70 acres and they're using the entire space for LRT

The station spacing is pretty typical for the Red line, at over 1.5km. There's a lot of room left for growth south of Stoney and most of the land is already zoned for multi and mixed use. As well as the proposed West Macleod outline plan:
